Ans :- You can choose your seat - You can book your bus tickets online, by phone, or in person at our Head Office - You can choose from our complete range of fleet and routes at a single click. - You can choose from buses based on your preferences of Type, Timings, Boarding Points etc.

Q5. Does booking online cost me anything extra?
Ans : No! The price of the bus ticket is the same as you would get from our offices. For online bookings, we shall bear the Transaction charges as per the Banks. If you think that you have been charged more for your bus ticket, please feel free to send us the details by filling the feedback form.

Q6. I've lost my ticket. How can I get a copy?
Ans : A copy of the ticket would have been sent to you by e-mail when you booked it. Please take a printout of that ticket through your mail / account and produce it at the time of boarding. If you have not received the ticket e-mail please feel free to call us.

Q7. Does the owner of the credit card with which the ticket is purchased need to be one of the passengers?
Ans : Not at all! A passenger can use any card to pay for the ticket, not necessarily their own. However, please note that the passenger in whose name the ticket is booked must carry a copy of proof of identity along with the ticket at the time of boarding the bus.

Ans : You can make bookings by cash card or can call us at our number & block your seats over the phone.

Q9. What payment options do I have?
Ans : The different payment options are: Credit card, Debit card, Internet banking and Cash card.

Q10. Can I pay using my internet enabled bank account?
Ans : Yes. You can transfer money from your bank accounts to to buy tickets, using our Net Banking Options.

Q11. How does the transaction appear on my card / account statement?
Ans : Transactions on will appear in your statement depending on the payment option that you had chosen as below:

Q12. Can I cancel my ticket online?
Ans : Yes! All your e-tickets can be cancelled online, subject to Terms & Conditions of cancellations. Kindly note that the money is transferred back to your card / bank account, subject to the bank terms and conditions on repayment. The following is the usual cancellation fee: 30% of the total booking amount - 6 hrs before departure time. 15% of the total booking amount Between 1 day to 45 days before departure time. No-Refunds - less than 6 hrs prior to departure time & after departure.

Q13. How can I cancel my bus ticket online?
Ans : You need to click on the cancellation link provided on our home page. After clicking on cancellation you have to mention the PNR and ticket no provided to you at the time of booking and then click "Cancel Ticket" button.

Q14. I missed the bus. Do I get a refund?
Ans : No!
